Mr. Howett is an accomplished trial lawyer, having tried a number of court and jury trials to verdict, and is a member of the "Million Dollar Advocates" Forum. Mr. Isaza has over a decade of similar trial expertise, and as General Counsel to a publicly traded medical device manufacturer participated in its initial public offering and supervised electronic records retention policies, product licensing, facilities lease negotiations and Federal corporate compliance issues.

The firm maintains a particular focus on corporate records and information management (RIM) and related risk management. This area of practice ensures that companies comply with Federal statutes and regulations governing RIM. Clients are thus well prepared for litigation with response strategies such as litigation holds and legally defensible RIM programs. The firm develops corporate record maintenance and destruction policies and procedures designed to mitigate or avoid spoliation of evidence claims.
