Mr. Bañuelos received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law and his B.A. from UCLA. He has extensive experience handling various forms of litigation in both state and federal courts with an emphasis on employment, community associations, business disputes, real property, class actions, construction defect, and administrative complaints and hearings. Mr. Bañuelos practice also focuses on transactional matters including, drafting and negotiating contracts, asset purchase agreements, and employment policies and procedures.

Mr. Bañuelos is currently a Mediator for the Los Angeles County Superior Court Mediation Panel for Civil Harassment and Community Associations Institute, Los Angeles Chapter.
