Business

We are equipped to successfully address all business issues that may arise during business formation and operation of a business.  This includes start up assistance with business formation and reviewing policies, procedures and agreements. When litigation becomes necessary, we represent businesses in a variety of matters including, breach of contract, fraud, and commercial disputes.

Employment

We represent clients in state and federal court and in administrative hearings, in various employment related claims, including, employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, wage and hour, and wrongful termination.

In addition, we advise employers regarding legal compliance, human resource issues and workplace conduct. We are also available to conduct training on all areas of employment law, including sexual harassment, discrimination, and legal compliance and to draft employment agreements, personnel policies and procedures, arbitration, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements and similar employment related agreements.

Mediation Services

Members of the Howett Isaza Law Group provide mediation services, particularly for Homeowner Association disputes, business disputes and employment matters including harassment, wrongful termination gender or race discrimination claims.
